Price Matching

At BUZZIN MADNESS, we are committed to offering the best products at the best prices. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and orders are charged in U.S. dollars. For international customers, your bank will convert this charge to your local currency.

Price Match Guarantee: We match the published price of any U.S. supplier, even their current sales prices. If you find a lower advertised price:
Before Purchase: Indicate the lower price in your online order or contact us at info@madnessautoworks.com with your price match request. You can also call us directly to save time.
After Purchase: If you've already bought the item from us, we offer a price match for store credit within 7 days of your order.

Please provide a link to the competitor's item, a copy of the written ad, or a written quotation including the supplier's part number, description, and price.

**Terms and Exceptions:** We may choose not to match a price if:
- The competitor's product is not an exact match (manufacturer & model) with ours.
- The competitor does not have the item in stock.
- The competitor's total price (including shipping, handling, taxes, etc.) is higher.
- The product is used, refurbished, reconditioned, or a display model.
- The competitor is not selling in US dollars.
- The item is a clearance or closeout item.
- The item is not found within the first 10 items on major search engine results.
- The competitor is not manufacturer authorized or has advertised below the minimum allowed price.

How to Request a Price Match: Send a separate email with the subject header "PRICE MATCH REQUEST" or call us directly. Include all relevant information and we will respond within one business day.

Shipping Information

Shipping Rates: The Shipping Rates shown at checkout are estimates only. We encourage you to contact us for a special shipping quote. If there is an error in the quoted shipping rate, we will notify you of the changes. International orders may require additional information and are not automatically processed.

Responsibility for Damage in Transit:

Damage during shipping is the carrier's responsibility. Report any visible damage to the carrier upon receipt and notify us immediately for any damage discovered upon opening. Do not discard packaging or install the item if damaged, and contact us right away for assistance. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt if there is anything wrong with your shipment. Please inspect each item as soon as you receive it. Claims: Report any missing items or shipment errors within 7 days of receipt.

Free Shipping Disclaimer

Free Shipping Offers are for Standard Ground Delivery Service and are only valid for shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Truck freight and oversize charges still apply unless otherwise noted and can only be shipped to the lower 48 States.

For all returned items subject to a free shipping promotion, the originally waived shipping and handling costs will be removed from any refund provided. Restocking fees may also apply.

For items requiring freight, LTL shipping, or international/non-continental US shipping, shipping charges for returns will be reduced based on an estimate from the shipping carrier. These costs may exceed the cost of the product.

Coordination of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If BUZZIN MADNESS made an error, a return shipping label will be provided.

International Orders

We ship internationally with estimated shipping costs calculated during checkout. If actual shipping costs are substantially higher, we will contact you with the option to pay the additional fees or receive a full refund if you choose not to move forward with your order.

Customs and Duties Fees

International customers are responsible for all custom fees, taxes, and duties imposed by their government. By placing an order, you agree to pay these fees and understand that they are not collected by BUZZIN MADNESS.

Backorders

Backordered items will be shipped upon receipt from our suppliers, which may take 1-6 weeks. We will notify you at the time of order and of the estimated time of arrival. If for some reason the delivery time frame is not satisfactory we can issue a refund.

Special Orders

Special Order items require a 100% non-refundable deposit and cannot be canceled or returned once shipped.

Carbon Fiber Items

Carbon Fiber items incur a 20% restocking charge if returned. Some items can be easily installed at home, but some items require professional installation. If you have any questions please contact us prior to ordering.

Return and Refund Policy

If you're not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Returns initiated after 7 days (up to 20 days) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and store credit only.

Return Process:
1. Items must be in original, unused condition.
2. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
3. Include a copy of the invoice and the RA# in the return package.
4. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
5. Credit will be applied upon inspection of the returned item.

Custom Wheel Policy

Inspect wheels upon receipt. Report any shipping damage immediately. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel, the sale is final. Special order or custom finish wheels are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged items within 24 hours of receipt. Email pictures of the damage and your order number to info@madnessautoworks.com. Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund but will be replaced or repaired.

Off Road / Race Use Only Parts

The installation of some aftermarket products may affect your warranty and may not comply with certain laws. Check local laws before modifying your vehicle.

Crypto Payments

We accept crypto payments through CoinPayments.net. All crypto transactions are final but store credit is available for any returns and/or modifications to the order.

Pricing and Product Description Disclaimer

Prices and product descriptions are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or description.

Credit Card Processing Fee for Cancellations

If an order is canceled, a 4% credit card processing fee will be subtracted from any refunds issued. This fee is not retained by our company but is charged by the credit card processor. To avoid this fee, you can request a refund as store credit instead, which can be used for future purchases.
